Is it possible that I could have slowed my weight loss by going to the gym but not changing my eating habits? At the time I was eating 700-800 cals a day, and working out 4-5 days a week (1 hour of cardio, and lifting most days.) And I wasn't losing any weight, really, just like a pound or so a week. 1000 per day used to make me lose pretty fast without even really working out. Is there any way I can get my metabolism going again without gaining weight first?
